Can't post to the forum

Is it because I'm not a paid subscriber?

I joined this forum a few weeks ago after lurking for several weeks prior. On at least two occasions I've tried to post a thread, and got a message that they needed to be reviewed. None ever were posted.

Do you need to be a paid subscriber to WebmasterWorld to post to the forums? That's not an unreasonable condition. I just would like to know if that's the case.

If for some reason this subject doesn't get posted, an email reply from one of the moderators would be greatly appreciated.

Just the Google forum has premoderation, where all new posts have to be approved first.

What Jenstar said - only the Google News forum is premoderated. As you see this message comnes through fine :)

The premod of the Google forum, is intended to stop duplicate topic posting. The site search facilities are very useful if you have specific questions regarding Google and aspects of your site. The forum has been here at Webmasterworld for a while, and with Google being Google (hence being extremely important to the membership of WebmasterWorld), many subjects have been covered.

Thanks for the replies, all. This forum is an encylopeida of information! I could probably spend every day reading all the posts and still not take it all in.
