May I just take this opportunity to thank Webmasterworld and its members for making the last 12 months so pleasurable, both socially and professionally.

Even though I must spend at least 6 > 7 working hours on here every day, its still NOT enough to absorb all the information shared.

For me Webmasterworld is NO longer just a forum,
its a Way of Life, an experience every man/woman should sample once.

From the newbie with 1 post, to the senior members with 0000s, 1 thing that I still believe is that as long as you never stop learning, you will always go forward.

Having met some of the most powerful people who control online marketing in the world over the last 12 months, let me assure you that EVERY single one has heard of Webmasterworld, and even base some of their business decisions on what YOU the people want.

So whether you are in Miami, Manchester, Mumbai or Melbourne... keep reading, posting and making a difference.

May I thank the community, management and the members for having me here, and I shall do my best to repay what I have learnt.

or as NFFC may say:

"I have always believed helping your fellow man is profitable in every sense, personally and bottom-line."

After meeting everyone that I did in Boston - I began to feel the same way. I used to only visit forum 3 - now I keep hitting "recent posts". Besides google - I think I visit this site more than any other. I hope to meet and talk with more members as time goes by.

It's more like a large Family than a community.

That's the way I see it. I'll go one step further and say that there are communities within the community, families within the families. This place has grown exponetially over the past year or so and maybe we've become more of a nation! ;)

Excellent post Shak!

I just love WW... there is no topic, no problem that can not be solved because there are for sure some webmasters out there who already know the solution. And if the solution doesn't exist yet, people put great effort in finding one together.

It feels like we are all one big omnipotent webmaster :-).

One drawback though: WW is not good for your relationship...

LOL. My wife still wonders what the h&%@ I do all day. Thank gawd for WebmasterWorld. At least there're other folks online that understand this part of my life.

Shak, It's been a pleasure to have your participation. You've been a good read ever since I first saw one of your posts.

Since itīs only twenty more days until I will have been here for 12 months as well I feel like I am qualified to add my two (euro) cents to this thread.

WebmasterWorld has been really great and a lot of joy and a wonderful thing to keep me from too much studying during this last year.

As for WebmasterWorld being more of a family than a community or being communities within the community that may very well be, BUT what about eBay?!? ;-)
