How about being able to vote on threads? 1 to 5 stars. The average could be displayed next to the link for the thread.

I think a 'voting algo' was discussed some time back, and I expect that eventually we'll move to that type of system due to growth if nothing else.

Though the 'panic button' would be nice, that way, the message could get to the appropriate person(s) asap in the case of 'extreme posting' that sometimes happens.

To further refine the URL drop, you might want to make that feature available to certain members that have posted "x" number of times...... Those that are more senior may know the definition of a URL drop better than someone that has just joined the boards. A quality control issue. Something to think about.
