No footer on active.htm

No footer on active.htm

also no 'next button'

For some reason there is no footer on active.htm.
This is usually how I surf WebmasterWorld. What's up with that?

Sorry, but the title to that post wasn't very descriptive, so I had overlooked it. I'm using Win 98 with IE6 if that helps. I also notice there is nothing new on the Homepage for about 6 days.
