# of posts.

I forget the current threshold...but, posts in the Local category don't increase the total...

I always thought that was the title for paid members. I joined today and noticed that every one on the Supporters Forum had diffterent titles. That's why I asked!!!!! I just asked a little too soon!!!!!!!!!!!

Another small detail about the 'joined date' is that if you change the time zone (System Preferences [webmasterworld.com] > Time Zone Offset) to -12 or +12, the 'joined date' will change. So if you check all 24 options, you can even close in at what time a member joined WW.

BTW, not every post counts. For example posts in the Foo forum won't increase the number of posts.

Here's another little join date trick. Notice some members have a ':' after Joined and others have '-'?

joined:Dec
joined-Feb

Paid members have the -

Paid members have the -

Not sure about that theory, I guess the first poster in this thread [webmasterworld.com] must at least have the status of a paid member. :)

Jesse,

very good observation indeed, this has been discussed a # of times before.

I wonder if there are any other hidden gems at Webmasterworld :)

Moderators and admins don't have the - . I found out about the - right on the Support board, from some one else there pointing that out.

Another small detail about the 'joined date' is ...

The reason I started my posting on msg 7 this way, was that in a previous message the '-' in the 'joined date' was mentioned. But that message was removed within an hour or so.
