Hey everyone....i've been lurking on this site for 2 days only. The wealth of information and is just unbelievable. I honestly don't know where to start. I, by no means, consider myself an newbie but this site deals a serious blow to my ego.

Info from SEO, to CSS layout and design, and backend programming.....*drools* I could live here and do nothing but read for 24x7 and I don't think I would get through all the info for at least a few months.

Sorry if this a little pointless, but just so this isn't just a nef, as far as all this information goes here, how would you say is the best way to digest this information the most efficent way possible? I want to know it all. :)

Thanks again. :P

Hi Placer, welcome to the board, and thanks for the kind words!
Basically I think there are two approaches
- read what you need, i.e. going along with your immediate interests. Example: Trying to make a site spiderfriendly? Look at the Tech forum and start a discussion
- going for the basics, i.e. what is the basics of good rankings in Google, or how can I get a grip on CSS. In that case the library at the top of each forum index page is an excellent start.

Hope you'll enjoy your membership here!

Welcome placer14!

There are so many ways to digest info here it's hard to give a specific method. I tend to use the recent posts [webmasterworld.com] link heavily and also check in at Webmaster World Home Page [webmasterworld.com] to see hot topics. Of course, the library [webmasterworld.com] is good too.

Don't miss these excellent reads:
