Hi, many a times I've thought of a better post title after I've submitted a post, and just wondered if is there a way to edit post titles i don't know about? and if there isn't consider this a suggestion. :) Also, maybe there is a good reason... and u can just explain why it isn't allowed.

Just a thought, thanks.

good suggestion PFOnline.

I dont know how many times I have posted only to discover a typo in my title. My spelling is terrible, I now copy paste from a word before i post just to make sure, but sometimes the title gets through the net.

Allowing title changes after several people post could be problematic. Imagine a post 20 threads long, and some jokester changes the title to "Spammers Below" "Just look at 'em" ;)

Anytime I've needed a post title changed I've sent a sticky note to some head here and if its acceptable its usually done. I can see people posting a message and if it doesnt get responces they would edit the title and make it all caps and then post to it to bump it up a notch, so i see reasons for non-editing titles ;)
