it's my first time in this forum, so i hope my question is new.
i just like to know if in lycos.it, arianna,supereva,msn and katalogo it's enought to submit the url of my the hoempage or ALL the urls of the site?
i know my question is compelling...

I have taken the liberty to roughly translate the title of your post, I hope you don't mind. In a day or two, the thread you started here will be moved to the end of the Italy discussion, since all the engines you mention are Italian and it would be nice to keep all info about each country in one place.
i resubmit my urls 3-4 times on exite.it, google, lycos.it since i changed my pages (and even meta tags).
do u think this could eliminate my site to be ranked on thase SE?and if yes, could i something (let time elapse or so)?
but how long does it take to be ranked on lycos.it, exite.it, arianna?

The rules about how often and how many pages from the same site that you can submit in one day vary from engine to engine. If you really changed the contents between the times, there should be no problem, though. And if it was not on the same day, then there is definitely no prblem.
It is going to take A LOT OF TIME to get into the index. First, they have to spider the page you submitted and add the url:s found there to their list of pages to spider. Then they have to spider them. Then you have to wait for the next update of the index. This could take anywhere from 4-8 weeks. More if you are unlucky. If you look around here at WmW you will find lots of discussions where impatient webmasters are asking "When is the next update on so and so search engine" or "So and so has just updated".
Patience is a virtue and you are about to become a very virtuous man, whether you want it or not. ;)
PS. Checked your portal. It opened two more windows, which I had not asked for. Some people get annoyed with things like that, so maybe you should watch carefully for negative reactions from your visitors. I saw a discussion about this practise somewhere here at WmW earlier this week. Your language detection seemed to work. The stuff in the windows was in Swedish.
PS 2: You have a LOT of keywords in your Keyword Meta tag. Perhaps too many. I usually recommend 9-12. I think you should look into the Keywords, HTML and Search Engine promotion forums to read more about that.
sorry 'bout that problem with my url. i did not know.
i uptaded my site with the link to WmW. For now it's just a little link in W.W.Web section, but (hope) will be for few days (or few weeks. patience, uh?). that's because i've got the idea to make a section entirily dedicated to italian seach engines: how to get registered, what are italian SE, difference between SE and directory.things like that. anyway:there WmW will get the position that deserves.
What do u think about that?
about the keywords i read the opposite. anyway if you are sure i'll follow you.
last thing. do u think i should avoid to promote the site with things like pop-up?
