The Swedish search company Eniro who owns Yellow Pages in Sweden and Kvasir in Norway has bought 61% of the shares in Findexa. Findexa is the owner of Yellow Pages in Norway.
Interesting news. I wonder what that will do the search landscape in Norway?

First of all Espotting will win large marketshares in the PPC landscape. The Scandinavian arm of Espotting was aquired by Eniro earlier this year and it`s a question of weeks (or a few months) before their ads will be appearing in all the Eniro sites as well as the Findexa sites.

Just a correction: Eniro haven't bought, but made a bid on Findexa. And it remains to see if there will be any deal.
