Advertising in Switzerland?

Especially the banking job sector

Does anyone have any experince or advice for advertising in Switzerland? I already use Overture, Adwords, Qualigo but they do not bring in enough traffic.

I am looking for other ways to advertise other than PPC, specifically trying to target the banking job sector.

I have a large budget to spend and need atlease double the traffic i currently recieve.

Any suggestions appreciated.
