Are you sure that this is new? Most other Yahoo's have had Business Express for a long time now.

Yahoo asia are still allowing free listings for commercial sites.

Ordering a listing can be somewhat difficult, though. I ran through the order process only to find a request that my order be *faxed* - has anyone else encountered this?

You mean through google .com or spain?

Though a Yahoo.es category - you work your way through the order process, and up comes a request for faxed information.
