All languages or language specific or country specific searches

Any data out there about searchers preferences?

I have been thinking on this a while now, and frankly, I need some real raw data.

In Spain for example, I have data that indicates that over 95% of spanish located searchers who search in google us the google.es rather than google.com search.

But what I do not know how many do country specific searchers or all the web searchers.

any ideas out there?

This can vary a bit depending on topic and location. I have between 8 % and 19 %.

You can sort it out by scanning for " meta=cr%3DcountryES " in search queries.

Just another intersting thing, I promote some corporate B2B sites from Canada. I get some foreign visitors using some-example-search-engine.ca to get Canadians sites only. Conversion rate is way better in B2B.

They have searchers knowing how to use search engines...
