Any suggestions on registering .no and .fi domains?

...since they seem to require a local presence?

We have had good luck using a WIPO trademark to register in a few European countries that normally require a local presence; I recommend it.

However, it seems that .no and .fi will not accept a WIPO trademark as a waiver for the local presence requirement.

Any suggestions?

Or does anyone know of a company that provides local presence service? I found this, but it seems they were absorbed by Verisign and noone there has a clue about it.
