I'm actually trying to find something that gives a good overview of the search engine space for Europe... stuff like how developed Inclusion and CPC ad programs are in Europe as compared to the US.

Okay, we've got the chart [webmasterworld.com], and I've run across odddog's great info on Spain [webmasterworld.com], but are there any general numbers on:

1. search engine usage for individual European countries (something on the UK?)
   
2. search engine usage for Europe as a whole?

cbc, I would really recommend to approach this on per country basis. UK and Spain: a world of a difference. France and Denmark: hardly anything in common. The times when you could put the US on one side and Europe on the other in the web marketing world are long long gone.

IMO everything we could say would be so sketchy and over generalized that it might as well be said about the US as well, like Google reigns, Overture and Adwords are huge, etc.
