It seems that is mandatory a domain in .pl ( that costs about 50$) to ha success in the Polish web marketing .

Who is entitled to buy a .pl domain?

Can an European company located out of Poland buy a .pl domain?

Don't forget that the application must be "affixed with the company seal".
This part of Europe is still into rubber stamps. Better get one right away.
