There was a nice form below, which said that if there are any errors, one should submit changes. Which I did.
Today, I got the strangest and most unbelievable email ever! They said that they got my change request, however since my site has a free listing they CAN'T change anything! I need to subscribe with them as a new customer for one of their free or their payable services first. And so that nobody gets confused they are going to DELETE the old listing.
Their free service is not worth to mention: it has ONLY the sites name, NO description and NO category!
The next best service costs 199 EUR/year and gives basically what I HAD FOR FREE if I hadn't submitted the change request!
I am pretty much annoyed, if not to say pi**** off! There was NO mentioning at all about the implications of a change request!
What would be the best reaction? Reading other threads here about allesklar.de it seems to me that it would be no good idea to ignore them. So it's in my interest to HAVE a link with them. But I'm not willing to silently accept this strange behaviour.
P.S. Fortunately, our competitors have no listing with allesklar.de. But think about the consequences if they HAD and one would submit a change-request for THEIR listing...
