Networldmedia - french PPC signs Sympatico.ca

Networldmedia has just signed with Canadian portal Sympatico.
Other partners include second tier players Deepindex, Francite, Toile de Quebec. Anotehr outlet is Copernic, the desktop search solution, which is widespread in France and claims 80 Mill monthly searches.

Anybody worked with them? Is it worth a try?

Nope, never even heard of them! :-o
No info whatsoever on costs on their site, which always makes me a bit wary - if it's really ppc, why can't they give at least some idea of cost?

Yes, I know them. They have a branch in Terrebonne near Montréal.

Minimum bid is 10 cents .ca

Dont have first hand experience with them since, as far as I know, they have no geo targeting option.

From my own stats, (mostly French language) Sympatico is about 18 % of canadian market.

I guess it can be good if you target the Francophone market worldwide.

Hmm - would be high time to introduce that feature. Big difference to shp to France or to Canada.

10 Cents ca would make them the cheapest available in France. OV, ES are both at 10 Cents Euro.

The Copernic and the Sympatice partnerships could make it worthwile.

One of my competitor in the real estate field used it. He was quite satisfied with it. I never heard him complain about anything. Technically, the system works well. The minimum fee to open an account there is quite low. No big risk.

Such market like real estate could benefit a lot from some geo targetting feature. If you aim for international French laguage, Sympatico is about a million users more.

Next week, I will recommend some client to use it. If he agree, I will have first hand experience with it a bit later.
