Excellent!

The info here is great; thank you, folks.

Does anyone have any info or links to search spies for Korean searches?

On this site
[korean-search-engines.com ]
you`ll find a list of Korean Searchengines.
There are only the names of the engines.
Not if any engine offers a live search.
Perhaps its a little help, so you can look in a searchengine like:
+live +search +(name of korean searchengine)

Ahem... May I respectfully point out that WebmasterWorld is proud to host the world's only discussion forum dedicated entirely to Asian & Pacific search engines. You will find it right here:

Vadian
did you find it useful?
I tried some phrases but returned results were based on so few searches I had the feeling it was not trustworthy at all. Basing keyword choice on random results can be costly.

I too found it to be based on a very few number of searches. "Dänemark" yield only 2 searches in September. That is very very little. Hopefully the validity will increase as more searches has been done.

Keeping an eye on them in future..

It is not useful yet - too few searches. Reasons: a) Amadillo is hardly used; b) data include only three weeks. I'll keep track of what's going on there.

Yandex! Wow, that should be a goldmine for keyword miners!
Thanks Nblond.

Evreka InstantAds. Swedish keywords.
[evreka.passagen.se...]

Similar to adwords. Make an add, choose your keywords and check the number of searches.

Rumbas, just remember that what Evreka show is NOT search-phrases but WORDS! It show what you get when you use the InstantAds: word match, NOT match on the actual search phrases.

Good point Mikkel.
It is important to be aware of this, however it is still nice to have access to this kind data for free - even though it is limited.
Good to see you in here btw

Ettore just told us in another thread about this [godado.it] Italian keyword tool from Godado.

Great find.

For non-english keyword research I use the Adwords Select programme
from Google. I generate an ad targeted at about 10 - 15 likely
keyword phrases. I run this for a couple of days and then close
the ad down. It gives the number of searches for your keywords
written in any language you like ( or geographic location ! ). Less
analysis than wordtracker, but better targeting for language and
geography
