Will all those portals stay with Fast listings, will they show Fast/AV mixed listings?
And what about the portals doing the Fast/Espotting combo?

The contracts between Fast and theese various portals will of course not be affected by the fact that this part of Fast gets a new owner. It will be "business as usual" as far as I can see.

There are some factors we don't know yet. How long will there be a Fast websearch? Is a contract between portal A and Fast for buying Fast results and getting shared revenues from PFI still valid if the product changes?

Good points. I think you're right Tor, it will be business as usual, but things _will_ change on some fronts. The grapewine says adult serps among other things are in for a change.

The whole PFI/PPC setup is looking interesting - specially for Espotting/Fast/lycos setup. I wonder what will happen to prices and services there.
