The largest Scandinavian portal convering Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland has been sold to the swedish 'yellowpage' company Eniro. Eniro pay SEK 522 mio. to previous owners Scibsted, Telenor and Telia. The ammount being paid in stock and cash.
