I submitted two sites to Euroseek in June.

On June 25th, and July 1st I received email notices that the sites had been accepted. The messages both said it could take up to two weeks before the listing appeared in the directory. Yet here it is almost 4 weeks later, and my listings still aren't showing up.

Any comments?

Sure.
Maybe they are on vacation. Pretty common at this time in Europe..

Another comment:
Trying to cover all of Europe with one engine with auto-translated serps won't cut it imo.

I wouldn't worry to much, I had a site listed sometime ago and it was listed quite well so far I've not seen a single hit from euroseek :(

Good point. I forgot that "holiday" is often a month's vacation for Europeans.

Enjoy your time off if that is where you are Euroseek :)

I am not impressed by Euroseek.

If they do not improve their popularity they risk to become Eurosick.

Something's wrong with their listings when they add them anyway - every link off the directory is now giving a 404.
