France #1 portal Wanadoo buys Spanish ISP EresMas

Speculation [webmasterworld.com] has been up for several weeks - now the deal is done.
French telcom giant Wanadoo acquires 100% of Spanish ISP and portal EresMas.com.
According to Europemedia.net [europemedia.net] EresMas has some 1 MIll subscribers in Spain, making Wanadoo the #2 on the European market, behind German Telekom.

EresMas.com provides Google results on websearch. Wanadoo serves Voila results - francophon exclusively.
In France Google is probably the most feared websearch (and total reach) competition for Wanadoo.
So a change at Eresmas from Google to another partner (Fast?) is very well possible
