Supereva has 2.826.000 unique visits, with a reach of 36.7%,
Kataweb does 1.275.000 uniques, making for a reach of 16.5% [godado.it...]
Godado.it also has just started providing results for websearch at gsmbox.it, a large (the largest?) Italian mobile portal.
Where do Godado.it's serps come from? Own db with submitted sites back up by Mamma.com results..(?)
>mamma.com see this
[godado.it...]
a direct comparison between mamma.com and godado, options set on worldwide search, bring different serps.
Anybody?
And that the first serps are from advertisers, followed by mamma.com ones.
This said, direct comparisons actually bring serps which are presented in a different order. I even found some whacks where Godado returns no results while mamma.com does.
Yes, I often include Godado in my promotion plans for clients. Traffic was already good even before they partnered with Supereva and Kataweb.
They have a well-working system for setting up campaigns, a clear and easy-to-work-with bidding system (minimum investment of 100 Euros and minimum Bid of 0.05 Euros), and a wonderful keyword stats lookup (useful for determining Italian trends even if you don't plan to use Godado), which can be found here [godado.it].
A big plus, they have a superb *human* help/consultancy service for subscribers.
iltrovatore.it has a very low reach in Italy (about 2%); ilnuovo.it is a well known italian "online only" newspaper, but when italian users have to search, they prefer google, arianna, virgilio, yahoo instead of a small "search box" on a newspaper.
2 weeks ago I spoke with the marketing manager of one of the biggest e-shops in Italy; he said godado is not a good web traffic or sales driver and that google's adwords select and premium sponsorship are the best choice if you want to advertise on search engines. And this is my opinion, too.
Godado.it is establishing many partnerships this year... espotting is still coming to Italy... perhaps godado's investors want to sell it to espotting:-)))
>Google adwords
Well - you don't get on the big portals with adwords...
