Pay for Play in Germany, France and Spain

Hi there! I've been sifting through the forums and the listings but I'm getting dizzy (!) and was wondering if anyone has a list (or knows where to get hold of one) of pay for plays in Germany, Spain and France.

Very grateful for any help here!

Gist is: paying for inclusion to directories is important, paying for getting spidered is possible with Fast, neccessary with Altavista.
Getting into MSN and AOL is no different from the US side of things.

The most important SEs for those countries are Google and FAST - both are still free. You might pay fro guaranteed inclusion and refreshment in FAST, but it's not necessary for getting listed.
Local Google sites are very important in France, Spain and Germany. FAST covers the Lycos portals, international searches on the Tiscali portals, T-Online.de, and some more.
