Search Term Suggestion Tools for Europe, Africa, Asia

I was wondering if you could point me to a search term suggestion tool(s) for Europe, Africa and Asia (Australia too) that is similiar to the overture.

There's really not much of a choice. Best place to start with is probably Overture, terms in English, Spanish, French and German should bring some results.
As Rumbas said, Germany has an own suggestion tool.

Vaguely helpful is Google's adwords estimation tool - works for 5 major languages.

Apart from that I can only suggest one thing: Get yourself some local help.
