Yahoo Deutschland now charges for review.

Reviewing your site within 7 days for EUR 149

Yahoo Deutschland Express Submission [add.europe.yahoo.com]. Service similar to the US biz express.
They charge EUR 149 or around $130 for reviewing your site within 7 days. Free submit still an option, but no guarantee for how long you have to wait.
Let's see what our German members find out - my German is a bit rusty ;)

Now they have started the snowball in Europe.
What country comes next? UK, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia?

What about Overture? Yahoo.de specifically stated here that will not implement paid results (yet), but how will the new paid review deal affect this?

well it's a lot cheaper than $299 :)

So could I now submit a UK website through Yahoo Deutschland and save $150 if so rumbas whats your fee for submitting site :)

Things are speeding up - only yesterday I scanned through Yahoo.de, really because I´m waiting for a new way of displaying results as a preparation for implementation of paid listings.
But first things first - paid review has long been awaited.
In fact a free way in still gets offered, as usual with hints that this might take very, very long for a site to get reviewed.
The paid way in offers garantueed review in 7 days, of course no guarantee of inclusion though.
But I suppose chances are good right now, with the European section of Yahoo needing money even more urgently than Yahoo.com.

Heini is right. You cannot get your UK site into Yahoo.de - it has to be Germany language.
