German portal web.de changed policy for directory submissions:
First a registration is needed. The submission than is free, but will take appr. 6 months
Instead an Express submit for
60 EURO + (zzgl. MWST 9,60 €) = 69,60 EURO
is offered, turnaround time: 5 days
In addition a "Schmuck-Eintrag" for
120 EURO + (zzgl. MWST 19,20 €) = 139,20 EURO/year
is possible. Those listings will be displayed at top of the cat, with color underlaying.
In bundle:
130 EURO + (zzgl. MWST 20,80 €) = 150,80 EURO.
Web.de uses Fast for websearch. It´s one of the german top-sites. This new policy reminds me of Fireball.de´s paid directory listings - not very amusing, but the catalogue listing up to now was not a traffic driver anyway. So this new offering is worth a shot.
