due to the demission of T-Online to the end of the year the shareholders (T-Online, AS-Venture, Publisher Holtzbrinck and Disney) decided to close the portal www.infoseek.de

So, the rumors are going on: which engine would be the SE on T-Online next year? Google? Or a blending with Goto (starting next year in Germany)?

Big news! I´m just not sure if it´s good or bad news. Guess it depends on who the new partner will be.
I just started to get used to the new improved Infoseek. They have done a decent job recently.

I'd put my money on Google or Fast. T-Online is a classy outfit, not dependent on PPC revenue, but likely to want the best for their millions of customers.
