I noticed that Euroseek has, apparently, closed it's add url page.
It says:
"This service is unavailable until further notice.

The crawler is still indexing and recrawling old sites. New sites will be added by following links."

At the Euroseek stockholders' meeting on May 10, the board asked for a mandate to decide at its own discretion the emission of up to 25 million shares, without priority for current stockholders.

I assume this means that they are short of money or planning a merger. That could be the reason why they are not accepting new submissions.

Their index is very small. A search that yields 4 million pages in Google, gives 200.000 in Euroseek and my guess is that this is hardware related.
