I'm not sure if this belongs in the European section, but there is not a general one. It is a list of a lot of SEs in the world, and links to them, placed in country based categories. Take a look:

Information from Searchenginecolossus, Alba36 and several national lists form the backbone of the country discussions in this forum. None of them have turned out to be 100% correct though, as evidenced by the numerous corrections posted by knowledgeable WmW members. Updates continue to arrive every week. It is probably fair to say, that the lists in this forum are the most complete ones available on the net today as far as general search engines and directories in Europe are concerned.
