It also flags your site as being included in this directory which is information what could be used by anyone for any reason. General Metatags are OK, but specific ones? Hmmm.....
Also, the Logo looks remarkebly reminicsent...

They also intend to list all submissions in the order they are rec'd. In other words, it seems they don't have an algorithm of any kind. Doesn't make much sense to me. Since there are no human editors and you can put watever you want in the meta tag ... seems to me they will be spammed PDQ.
Think I'll wait a bit.
I think the "directory specific tag" is the main obstacle at the moment.

Im not 100% sure, i didnt look too deep into it, but surely if you submit a new site you could use a "geographic ID" where Europe = E etc, and people would be able to submit their sites under what they think should be a new category

Im in the process of making one myself (content specific), but I will be completing the directory structure before I add any sites and they will be approved by me yours truly ;)
