AOL ODP and INK

Where are they finding these sites?

I have sites ranking high on AOL now that have never been submitted to ink much less anyplace else. Is it possible that my ODP sites in the AOL database are being crawled by ink and links on them being followed? I have no idea how these sites are ranking on aol now.

Yes, ink spiders have been deep crawling my sites for over 2 months now. No submission.
