The company is HRM Software and if you search for 'HRM Software' then we come top. We also make organisation charting products - searching for this however yields nothing... (except - more bizarrely references to us on our PR companies site).
The *description* under the link to us says: Application developers who specialize in providing human resource software. Learn about the service and support facilities this firm offer.
I've no idea where this has come from ... has an LS editor written it and, more importantly, can we change it.
Thanks for your help

Didn't cost a dime. I guess when the editors get bored they go out and add sites for nothing. I couldn't tell you if paying the $$ to get the listing would help your listings.
Does anyone?
Might be true, sort of... Paid directories like to make sure they satisfy the search requests of their users. So they keep track of the queries where they had no directory listings (and needed to go to the alternative crawler based engine), and those are the categories their editors work on first. This is why it was so hard to get into Yahoo... because the editors weren't working on submissions in the order submitted. They were working on them in the order needed by the directory to satisfy requests.
Conceivably, if there are no submissions in a category that's receiving queries, an editor might go and look for some sites to include. I don't know if that's what's happened here, but it's possible.
Also if I pay LS for submition to them will this get me into AV database or just AV's results from LS which they use when their database "fails"?
