how long does it take for an express submit site to appear?

A few days ago, I decided it was time to spend the $200 on Looksmart to bridge the gap between my good rankings on google etc with my nonexistent rankings on msn and altavista. I was accepted two days ago, and am just curious a)how long it will take to appear in my LS category and appear in their search results, and b) how long it will take for my site to appear on their partners. I think that 48 hour guarantee threw my partner off, since he was expecting to see our site at LS once we were accepted. Thanks for reading :)

Hey Justin,
LS will review your site for inclusion in 48 hours. Once the decision has been made to include you it will take 'several' days to go live.

As for the rest of the world updating - they all have their own schedules. I haven't figured them out yet but I'm sure someone will stop by with a more definitive answer.

I wouldn't consider myself an expert on Looksmart, but I have tried the paid submission a few times. So far, I've appeared in the Looksmart directory about a week after I get an email saying I'd been accepted. Then 4 or 5 days later I appear in MSN. About a month later I showed up in AltaVista, but I was really low. But, about two months after my original submission to Looksmart, my listings on AltaVista shot up. I'm yet to see anything on any of the other Looksmart partners, but it's only been two months since I submitted the first time, so I might just need more patience. *sigh* :)
