Are there any paid services or ways i can get my site noticed in all search engines?

Yahoo will consider your site to their directory for a fee.

Also submitting to the ODP (DMOZ) would be a good thing for your site. Thats free but depending on the editor in your category it could take anywhere from a few hours to months.

I have no personal experience with submission services but recall reading that many of them weren't worth paying for.
