The fee changes after the first year. I got this from Microsoft today:

Submit It Annual Subscription Renewal of 10 URLs and 1 Small Business Directory Listing for $29.95 per year. It auto-renews unless cancelled.

Now I thought that was illegal (at least in the UK)
All payments should be opt in not be forced to opt out.

Er, I dunno about illegal. If MSN are allowing it?

I think submitit.com do the submittals for them, so it might not be MSN small business directory doing the repeat charging......
