I hope you can help. I've been having issues with bCentral being able to access the sites I submit. Each time I submit I am told the URLs don't resolve, but then the phone support staff confirms they do indeed.
I've checked the domains from various routers around the world, confirmed port 80 isn't blocking anything, opened up ping and trace and done everything in my power. Unfortunately, the bCentral folks never even make it to the firewall...
I've asked if they could run a trace or give me an IP range or anything that might help me figure out what's up, but no luck.
Can anyone give me an IP a bCentral reviewer has hit their site on, so I can run a trace from my server, or shed any light on this issue?
BTW, the sites in question have all been around for many months if not years and bCentral is the only problem like this I've run into.

They are very good and review sites very quickly.
Their phone support team hasn't had any trouble and their escalations team little, but the reviewers have never even made it as far as our firewall. I'm hoping someone has an IP from a successful reviewer visit so I can run a trace and find where the clog might be.
