Best paid directories

Looking to buy some quality listings

I´m triying to improve the position in the serps for some of our websites so I have arround 1000 dollars to invest in quality directories.

We already have our websites listed on:

Yahoo
Yahoo local
Microsoft Business
Microsoft Small Business

Are there any other paid directories we should consider?

Also, I tried submiting many (from over a year ago) times to dmoz but the sites just won´t apear. Can you pay to get listed?

Look at the thread.."ten best directories" below. Almost all are paid directories and it shows their alexa rankings.
