My site have a good results in Google and especially in new MSN search results for favorite keywords. Nevertheless it has pretty bad performance in Yahoo. So I think if I will pay them $ 300 can be that a guarantee that my results become better.
And one more question - how quicky they will include me into the Directory?

This is not always the case and you may see no results at all from the listing.

Yahoo! has a guarantee that you will be listed within 7 days if you are approved and if you use the commercial submit.

So, let's say I ran a cheap AdWords ad at 5 cents a click. With such a cheap ad I'd only get a few clicks a day, maybe only 15-20, but over the course of a year I'd eventually purchase 6000 clicks for my $300.

How does a Yahoo directory entry compare? Would it eventually yield more than the 6000 clicks I could buy from AdWords? Within a year?

Any thoughts? Is the $300 well spent?

This would depend on a number of factors, one would be which category you are listed in and the other would be how many sites are listed in that category.

Any thoughts? Is the $300 well spent?

Again same as I said before. One thing you will get from being listed in Yahoo directory is a good link from a well respected source.
