Don't they want my money?

The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

I've tried submiting a site from ydotcodotuk and ydotcom without success, it hangs and gives an error, any chance of someone from Yahoo noticing and fixing the links?

We had the same problem for a couple weeks. Turns out the credit card was getting charged every time:) but the error page gave us no indication of that. The inquiry process was a slow one but they sent notification of all the credits (9 submissions worth) before we noticed them on the credit card. One submission finally did go through.

They are pretty good at refunds, I submitted a site a while back and it hung, on the retry I submitted a mirror by accident which got bounced (a test site set up on a domain name we decided to change), I emailed them and explained what had happened and did't get charged for the mix up.

Looks like its working again now.

I submitted a site on Monday, and although it didn't crash, it didn't give me the order confirmation either.
Nor did I get any confirmation email.

Just checked my bank account and they've taken the money yesterday. Still no word from them. I'm starting to worry. I've done dozens of Yahoo submissions and this has NEVER happened :-(
