First Post, Error on NBCI Submission

This is my first post. With that said, whenever I try to change my listing at NBCI.com, I get this error message:
"Sorry, we are temporarily unable to process your submission. Please use the back button and try submitting again." I have had this problem numerous times over the past couple months. Is it just me or are they actually down temporarily? It must be my bad luck. Thanks in advance for any help for this newbie.

I've gotten that message once (OK, it was a few times, but all on the same day)... other than that, I've never had a problem with NBCi's submission process.

I think it's a legitimate temporary problem on their part. Are you able to get through when you try again the next day?

Actually, I usually don't try again the very next day. I forget about it for a while and then try again the next week or so. This is the third time (week) that it has happened. I guess I'll try again tomorrow and see what happens. Thanks for the input.
