Hi,

just submitted my first DMOZ application and after the submission I ended up in a page without any message on it like submission received or anythig. Just the normal become an editor page.

Is that normal?

If your submission has gone through then you should receive an automated e-mail that you have to reply to. New editor applications may be halted at the moment - I'm not sure. The best place to check is in the Editor Applications forum at Resource Zone.

hi le_gber,

This happened to me. After a couple of weeks I went back and tried again and it worked. I received an email to confirm my application and email address.

There is a recent thread at resource zone with very detailed information about the whole application process.

You can find it at [not allowed to link to it], so you'll have to look for it yourself. Wish I could be more helpful.

Something I missed? Would the upcoming new machine be what you mean?

OK...it is a script issue...no reply needed ;)

no worries g1smd I found it and the cat I applied for didn't accept new applicant.

I'll have a look on DMOZ and try to find the best cat to apply to

Thanks for the help.
