Cant submit to dmoz

I have been trying to submit my site for over a week. I keep getting an internal server error this week. Last week I coulndnt even navigate the site. Anyone else been experiencing these problems?

DMOZ has been going through an upgrade and there have been problems accessing the site during this time. Hang in there. The upgrade is supposed to make things better.
