Hi, I have a listing on DMOZ pointing to a page that is about to retire. I want to know if there's a way to redirect this page or directory to my homepage. I heard of so many ways, but I couldn't figure out the best solution. Could anyone help?

go to the category with your listing in it on the top right click 'update url' follow the prompts
It is best if the about to expire site has a redirect note on it (please come see our spiffy new site at ....) so we don't have to go searching to make sure it really is a valid request.

gimmster is right. The other strategy is to set a server side redirect at the old URL, and have "Welcome to our new home" at the new one.
