Anybody know a place where the DMOZ RDF is available as downloadable subsections?

All sections or just specific ones?

What I was looking for is downloadable subsections, it would save me a lot of CPU cycles. I need the listings just from specific subsections, and extracting what I need from a 1 gig file is going to make my computer hate me.

Littleman:

I use a product, and from using their forums, I know people there do sell slices. I hope it is OK to post the URL- if it is removed, feel free to PM me. (I am just passing this on, I do not sell this...)

Andy has slices here: [linkssql.net...]

Good Luck!

There is also a product called Dmoz Extractor that spiders nominated sections of ODP extracts the links into an Access database.

No affiliation.
