Directory with voting buttons

Just wondering if anyone has heard of this, knows anything about it, or has clients listed in it.

No pagerank on google so i am assuming it is new.

It seems to be a business directory, but customers can vote if a company is "good" or "evil".

The thing i wonder is how will they prevent companies going after their competition and leaving "evil" feedback.

It seems kind of frightning and i did not see how to get a business removed.

I don't think they can, but expect pure numbers to help it work out.

Some people will sign up for everything, but if it has 'evil' in the title it may put some people off.

Hmmm, a cross between a yellow pages, directory and epinions, toss in a right column ad list that is confusingly similar to Google's. The ONLY original idea is the scare tactic marketing ploy.

A marketing plan based on listing sites and then trying to manipulate site owners with scare tactics in hopes of getting them to email their customers (promoting goodorevil in the process) is tacky, may it be cast out into the legions of other negligible directory/yellow pages.

i am not a fan of it at all. i found out about it when a client recieved an email that said they were listed. i want to remove them before anyone leaves feedback.

Actually I am running two similar directories with the individual resources listed, not companies. Visitors can rate resources and write reviews. On both sites duplicate ratings from the same IP address are blocked. Cookies provide some additional protection.
My oldest site is running for about two years now and I never had any requests for removing the listings. My new site received the Google PR just two weeks ago.
