Is it going to help in any way to increase my PR?

Hi,

Is it worth it? If I added my site to Business.com is that going to increase my PR?

I am not looking for traffic from Business.com I just want to make sure it's a good place to increase my popularity and PR.

Every link with a bit of PageRank helps. Will it induce a quantifiable increase in PageRank by itself?

Not likely, same as any other link.

ahh Business.com (the domain that supposedly sold for $7,5 million)

I got a listing about 1st October 2002, and back link has just shown up from the category which is a PR4.

The backlink was a boost, as the bit of traffic it sends more than makes up for it.

I'm sure that's what fathom was saying, because that would be correct. :)

What JayC said - adding you may want to check to see if Javascript links are used, the robot meta is present and indicates index,nofollow, (or noindex,nofollow) and their robot.txt for exclusions.

If any of these are apparent - the link is good for referral visitation only (no PR).

Business.com is showing google serps --referring too. I picked them up in the logs today. Haven't seen them before now, as I recall.
