Yahoo vs. Google

Higher ranking in Yahoo than in Google

Can anyone tell me why I'm number 2 in Yahoo's Directory, but number 7 in DMOZ/Google? Are the two directories so different? Also, using just a search, I come up 7th in both Yahoo and Google...why the difference?
