I am representing a company that has 4 different properties, including 2 separate retail stores (with different product offerings), a golf course, and a large restaurant. We host the webpage internally, and it has the same nav-bar for all pages. I am currently listed in two divisions(golf, and a regional division of tourism category), as I inherited the site from a former webmaster. Would it be risky to submit the respective pages to the different categories of DMOZ? I would like to have multiple listings, but don't want to risk disqualification.

You can submit the site elsewhere if you want. You won't be penalized for submitting it. In your description, you might want to provide a note to the editor as to why you are requesting this additional listing. A lot of editors will immediately notice you presently have two listings, so do a bit of salesmanship to justify why you're seeking a third and fourth. I wouldn't recommend repeatedly submitting the site to any one category.
