[azoos.com...]

It's $69.95 for the first URL you submit and $39.95 for each additional. A bit much for new kids huh.

24hr Spidering + daily re-visits.

They claim to have an algo that is extremely KW specific. Meaning, all searches will be ONLY based on the string. Only site with your kw search will be displayed.

Tried several searches, and it was VERY slow.

Do we know anything about their market-base?

TIA,
Spinner

Extremely slow, and relevancy leaves something to be desired.

Checked out the source code for starters and compared it to googles...heh...aint in the 5k sweetspot thats for sure.

searched for "keyword online" and got 15000 results.....searched for "keyword" and got 10% of that....without my site listed too!! all the other freebie sites are in there....

was slow for me too

Not satified with the search results, with the color of the page, the logo reminds me of that little disk guy used on webpages that list just the search terms : ie: they take over a domain when its expired and get money from people clicking on the site.

Are they so famous?
Last month it happened at a friend of mine.

Two of his dominions has been hijacked (they were .org). From his registrations he should be the legitimate registrars! He is investigating and acting in a legal way.

OMG! I am still seeing yellow. Obviously not one of the better SE's out there. I did a search for pain relief and got a lot of paint site, not quite what I was looking for however I suppose that after painting my house I may need pain relief, maybe that's how it works.

This isn't a search engine, it's a vehicle for advertising.

I have to say, if people are already paying the fee to this one, the expression 'there's one born every minute' is very applicable, here.

Isn't Inktomi, Teoma, Alltheweb, and Altavista programs cheaper than that?

And with those, you have brand recognition, some idea of a degree of market share, and perceived trust, because of that brand recognition (eg, all are either public, or owned by public companies) so they wouldn't want their reputation tarnished by selling shoddy product (eg, bad spidering).

These guys need to rethink their business strategy. Why on earth would I pay them, when Google is free, Wisenut is free, and Teoma is free, and they have traffic...though of course, you can pay with Teoma, but you can get in free, too.

Just doesn't make sense to me...I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.
